Welcome to Active Tree Services SA commercial and residential Arborist Services request for quotation portal.  Thank you for your interest in our business.  We provide a number of services including health & safety inspections, tree pruning and tree removals.

Our crews and arborists are located across the Adelaide metropolitan area.  For residential services outside the metropolitan area, please contact your localservice provider.

If you’d like a quotation, please complete the form below with all information requested.  You will need photos of each job, some photos from around your property (site photos) and a site sketch.  Once you accept our quotation, you will be asked for payment.  If you are not able to take and upload photos or do not wish to pay up front, we won’t be able to accept the job so please do not fill out the form.

  • Tree health and tree safety inspections
  • Bushfire safety and storm damage prevention
  • Weed spraying and herbicide treatments
  • Fertilization and lawn mowing (ride-on and mechanical mowing only)

Please make a rough sketch of your property showing all these things:

  • All buildings, sheds, cubbies, fences, clothesline, pool
  • Driveway with all areas of the property that a vehicle can access
  • Power line (“Service line”) from the street to the building
  • Gas line from the street to the building
  • Sewer line from the street to the building
  • Water line from the street to the building (please use dashes)
  • Any other cables (like Foxtel or nbn) from the street to the building (please use dashes)
  • Each tree that requires work (please draw a circle roughly the size of each tree as might be seen from the air)

Job Description

If it’s a tree removal, please:

  1. Upload a photo in landscape format or copy of the Council approval below OR put the exemption information in the description of the job above
  2. Measure the distance around the trunk in cm at about the height of your hip and include this distance in the description of the job

Please take and upload photos taken in landscape format or documents of:

  • The Council approval or exemption for any tree removal
  • The tree or shrub from approximately 20m away. Ensure the whole tree or shrub can be seen
  • Access – where we might be able to bring a vehicle close to the tree, shrub or other task
  • Any services near the tree or shrub such as power, gas, sewer, water, telecommunications cables
  • Any potential things the falling tree might hit including fences (with the tree in the background)
    • Photos in landscape format or document uploads
